Citadel, a new series which will premiere exclusively on Prime Video, has just released an official trailer.
The series stars Priyanka Chopra as Nadia Sinh and Richard Madden as Mason Kane as well as Stanley Tucci and Lesley Manville.

Citadel‘s budget grew to more than $200 million for its seven episodes due to costly reshoots and creative divides, THR reported last year. Executive producers Joe and Anthony Russo already made Netflix‘s most expensive movie ever this year, with their spy blockbuster The Gray Man costing over $200 million.
Citadel will premiere on Prime Video on Friday, April 28.

The show is meant to serve as the mothership for several planned spin-offs based in local countries and performed in local languages: “Citadel” series set in Italy and India are already underway, with another Mexico-based show also in the works.
