Long before he became King we'd heard talk of the then Prince Charles' plans for a 'slimmed down' Royal family. And as the official photographs of King Charles and Queen Camilla's Coronation are released, we now get to see what that looks like in practise.
In a vibrant regal image we see the King and Queen surrounded by their inner circle - with the to be expected but still notable omission of Charles' beloved son Prince Harry. King Charles and Queen Consort Camilla looked "anxious" at today's historic Coronation earlier today, Saturday, 6 May, says a royal expert.The ceremony began at 11am and lasted for two hours but Royal expert Jennie Bond exclusively told OK! she was “worried” about how the pair looked during the ceremony. She said: "I was surprised by the the weirdness of some of the rituals and I was not surprised, but a bit worried, about how anxious both the King and the Queen looked." Jennie also questioned if the royals even enjoyed themselves due to the complexity of the ceremony, and said she would have liked to see them be more “relaxed”.
