Carol Vorderman looked in fabulous shape she returned to the gym. Carol, 62, might have had some harsh words to say about herself for being too busy for a proper workout, but the praise came pouring in from fans.
The former Countdown star shared pictures of herself on Instagram lifting weights in the gym and walking outside with dumbbells as she smiled for the camera. She looked sensational in a figure-hugging camel-coloured top and black leggings.
Giving a shout-out to her personal trainer she wrote: "FIRST GYM SESH WITH @meldeane12." And she scolded: I haven't done a proper gym sesh for a few months. No excuses. Being busy isn't a good enough excuse, stupid woman."
