Carol looked incredible as she worked out with an exercise ball and weights. She showed off her rock hard abs in her figure-hugging top as fans marvelled at how the former Countdown presenter, 62, looks in such great shape, and she was hailed an 'inspiration.'
After her workout she sad, sounding out of breath but clearly pleased with herself: "That was a toughie. I forgot my hair bobble but happy days." She added: "Off to work now, BBC Radio Wales."
