Four people have been arrested after a 'cannabis farm' was discovered in a derelict Scots hotel.
Officers raided the former Huntly Arms Hotel in Aboyne, Aberdeenshire, at around 8.40am on Monday.
As reported by Aberdeen Live, cops confirmed cannabis was found in the building.
The force said a cultivation of the Class B drug was being grown within the building.
Four men were arrested in connection with the recovery.
The disused site has been empty since 2019. Officers say their enquiries are ongoing.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: "We were made aware of cannabis found being grown within a building on Charlestown Road in Aboyne shortly after 8.40am on Monday, January 16.
"Four men have been arrested in connection with the recovery and enquiries are ongoing."
