Brighton manager Roberto De Zerbi expects Alexis Mac Allister and Moises Caicedo to leave the club this summer, amid links with Manchester United.
Mac Allister has enjoyed a stellar season having played an integral role in Argentina’s World Cup success before guiding Brighton to Europa League qualification. He ends the season with 12 goals and three assists.
Meanwhile, Caicedo has also attracted the attention of a number of English clubs since his switch from Belgian side Beerschot 18 months ago. The 21-year-old played all but one Premier League game for Brighton this season.

The defensive midfielder showed his versatility towards the end of the campaign, filling in at right-back on multiple occasions. Erik ten Hag is an admirer of players with such qualities although would be more interested in Caicedo for his work in the centre of the park.
He is eager to bring in a new midfielder this summer and Brighton boss De Zerbi gave him a boost should he wish to dip for either Caicedo or Mac Allister when the Italian all but confirmed their imminent exits.
Speaking to reporters after the final day 2-1 loss to Aston Villa, De Zerbi said: "I think it can be the last game for Alexis and Moises. I am really sorry because they are two great people and two great players but the policy of Brighton is like this. It is right that they can leave, they can play at higher level."
Mac Allister was visibly emotional after full-time as Brighton supporters sang his name, indicating that a move away seems forthcoming.
