Ethan Shanfeld The 1975 has announced the “Still… At Their Very Best” fall tour, the band’s biggest North American tour to date. The Matty Healy-led group will take their fifth album, “Being Funny in a Foreign Language,” across the U.S. and Canada for the second time since its October 2022 release. The tour will kick off Sept. 26 in Sacramento, Calif., and end Dec. 2 in Seattle. The band had teased the tour on social media throughout the month, posting vague visuals and linking to an online registration form. The 1975’s prior “At Their Very Best” tour started in October 2022 in the U.S. and then moved around the U.K., Latin America, Asia, Australia, New Zealand and Europe. The show included an intricately decorated life-size house for a set, two distinct acts and a narrative interlude.

The Live Nation-backed 26-city tour will follow a couple of months on the heels of Monáe’s first album in five years, “The Age of Pleasure,” which comes out June 9. It’s been preceded by a new single and music video, “Lipstick Lover.” A Verizon presale begins Thursday at 10 a.m. local time, with other targeted presales happening throughout the next week before a general ticket sale one week from today, June 7, also at 10 a.m. local time.

Royal Blood have announced a series of North American tour dates set to take place later this year.The shows will be in support of their recently announced album ‘Back To The Water Below’, which is set for release on September 8.Split into two parts, the first leg of the tour will see the duo venture to New Jersey’s Sea.Hear.Now festival on September 16 to kick off the live dates. Ethan Shanfeld Buck Meek, the Texas-born singer-songwriter and guitarist of Big Thief, has signed to 4AD and announced his third solo album, “Haunted Mountain,” slated for an Aug. 25 release. Meek teased the upcoming release with a music video for the lead single, also titled “Haunted Mountain,” which is co-written by Jolie Holland. The album, according to the announcement, is about love and “something bigger than love, something that doesn’t challenge love exactly but stands in contrast to it. A soulfulness, or a soul-seeking fullness.” In Meek’s own words, “Not break-up songs, but an actual love song written in earnest? That is taboo now. Sometimes it can feel like all the great love songs have already been written.”

CBS has set premiere dates for its summer slate of reality television programming, including three returning and one new series.  “Secret Celebrity Renovation” kicks off the lineup with a July 28 premiere followed by the Aug. 2 debut of “Big Brother” Season 25. The all-new musical game show “Superfan” will launch on Aug. 9, and finally “The Challenge: USA” returns for its second season on Aug. 10.  “Big Brother’s” 25th season will debut with a special 90-minute episode on Wednesday, Aug. 2 at 8 p.m. ET while a group of new Houseguests arrive at the “Big Brother” house. Following its premiere, the series will air on Sundays and Wednesdays at 8 p.m. followed by Thursdays at 9 p.m. featuring live evictions.
