Actress Amanda Bynes has been "placed on psychiatric hold after being found roaming around streets naked," it has been reported.The 36 year old was one of the most successful young actresses in the 90s and noughties, known for her roles in rom coms such as She's the Man, alongside Channing Tatum. US publication TMZ reports that Amanda was seen walking in Downtown Los Angeles in the early hours of Sunday morning as she waved down a passing car and told the driver that she was coming down from a psychotic episode, before Amanda herself then called 911. After she was taken to a local police station, TMZ's law enforcement sources claim a mental health team determined she needed to be placed on a 5150 psych hold.
