Alison Hammond was left issuing an apology about the way she uses social media after discovering she has been using the block button for all the wrong reasons.
The presenter was back at the helm of This Morning when she had the realisation on Friday (June 9). She was back fronting the ITV daytime show for the first time since she and co-host Dermot O'Leary stepped in and covered following Phillip Schofield's shock exit.

Things later got emotional in the show when Alison and Dermot were joined live in the studio by body confidence coach Michelle Elman who appeared to take viewers calls and speak to those who had body image concerns and wanted some expert advice.
One of the calls came in from Elaine from London, who shared how she was living with lymphodemia, a swelling due to build-up of lymph fluid in the body. "I've had it for a long time but the past few years it has got really bad
