98 Degrees think that *NSYNC stole their thunder!
The band – Nick Lachey, Drew Lachey, Jeff Timmons and Justin Jeffre – opened up about promoting their own comeback song at the same time as the other 90s boy band.

During an interview on SiriusXM with Andy Cohen, the guys were asked if they had been annoyed when *NSYNC‘s news came out.
“Stole the thunder,” Nick joked.
While they had jokes about the simultaneous comebacks, the band were also excited about it too.
“When one succeeds, we all succeed. Because we’re all kind of like us, *NSYNC, Backstreet Boys, we’re all clumped into the same, into the same kind of pile there. So, if one’s elevated, it elevates everybody,” Drew shared.
Nick added, “But I mean, happy for those guys personally too, because we obviously know them well at this point. And excited for the fact that they’re hopefully gonna do this — they’ve held up for a long time, so [have it] be a big moment. Yeah. Fingers crossed.”
